    MinION Rapid Starter Training SUPP1D

    This is an online, two-day, personalised training course for up to two participants. Work with one of our expert instructors to gain a comprehensive overview of our technology, and to run sequencing experiments on your MinION under their supervision. MinION Flow Cells (x2) and sequencing kits (x2) are included in this training.

          On-site IQ/OQ/PQ SUPP006

          On-site installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ). Available for GridION, PromethION 24 and PromethION 48.

          Installation qualification (IQ) Validation process to ensure the device has been successfully delivered and installed.

          • Correct delivery of device(s)
          • Suitable device location
          • Adequate electrical supply
          • Acceptable environmental and safety conditions
          • Appropriate connection to device peripherals

          Operational qualification (OQ) Validation process testing the operation of the system as being able to complete the hardware check.

          • Correct electrical operation
          • Functional internet connection, network settings, and system setup
          • Hardware check to validate correct operation of all flow cell positions and software

          Performance qualification (PQ) Validation process testing the performance of the system.

          • Run a Lambda control experiment to assess device performance. Recommended on initial setup and after significant changes (e.g. software update, implementing automation, new technician onboarding)
          • Check reagents, instrument, flow cell, and software performance
