An Online workshop with Oxford Nanopore specialists, providing an overview of Oxford Nanopore’s sequencing technology including relevant applications, workflows and resources.

This workshop will be run in 2 sessions, over 2 days (1.5 hours each, with additional time for Q&A after): Session 1 (on Day 1) is an introduction to the technology, technical considerations for planning experiments, and an overview of the resources available to get you started successfully on your sequencing journey. Session 2 (on Day 2) aims to help you understand the primary data file formats, learn about the workflows available for the analysis of nanopore data, and get familiar with the bioinformatics resources available to you.
