The RNA Control Expansion contains RNA Control Sample to perform control runs to support the RNA and cDNA sequencing kits.

Shipping and logistics:
Expansion kits are sensitive to temperature. To maintain their temperature and ensure optimal results during use, consumables are shipped with cool packs. It is not unusual for the cool packs to be warm when you receive them. For optimal results, you should immediately store your new kits at their correct temperatures.
We recommend that expansion kits should be stored between −20°C and −30°C until you are ready to use them.
The delivery charges are calculated when a quote is raised or during checkout. Once an order is made, the delivery ID and delivery information can be tracked in the Store.

Note: We have increased the concentration of the RNA CS (RCS) vials found in newer batches of EXP-RCS001. Please ensure you are following the correct method and inputs for your RCS concentration:

Note: The RNA CS (RCS) is the control strand and contains the Enolase II from YHR174W, extracted from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The reference FASTA files for the yeast is available here.
