The Q-Line MinION Flow Cell R10 is optimised for use in the GridION Q device, delivering up to 50 gigabases of real-time DNA sequencing data per run (theoretical yield based on 72 hr run) with streamlined workflows and consistent performance for use in applied and regulated environments.
How it works:
The Q-Line MinION Flow Cell R10 is designed to deliver >99% modal accuracy for short-to-ultra-long-read DNA sequencing. It incorporates the R10 pore, enabling superior resolution of homopolymer regions and improved consensus accuracy.
Shipping and logistics:
Bulk order options are available. All orders can be split for delivery to best suit your needs.
Flow cells are sensitive to temperature. To ensure optimal results during use, consumables are shipped with cool packs. It is not unusual for the cool packs to be warm when you receive them. For optimal results, immediately store your new flow cells at their correct temperatures.
We recommend that flow cells should be stored between 2°C and 8°C until use. Flow cells should not be frozen at any point, or come into contact with frozen elements, such as the back panel of a refrigerator or frozen cool packs.
Storage and stability:
Flow cells should be stored unopened at 2°C to 8°C until the date of expiration displayed on the product labelling.
Q reagents are supplied with a minimum of 3 months shelf life remaining at the time of delivery and should be stored at –30°C to –20°C until the labelled expiration date.
Expiration dates are displayed in DD-MMM-YYYY format.

The warranty period for this product is 12 weeks from receipt by the customer.
Customers are required to perform a flow cell check before use, within 84 days of purchase. Oxford Nanopore will replace any unused flow cell with fewer than 800 nanopores, when the result is reported within two days of performing the flow cell check, and when the storage recommendations have been followed.

What's in the box
Q-Line MinION Flow Cells R10 are shipped in a sealed pouch with a light shield.
Light shields are included within the flow cell packaging.
